LesterMobile ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application HanARkanoid (and any other apps linking here).

No processing – we do not process or use your data for any purpose.
No sharing – we do not share anything with third parties (no data to share).

If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us directly by email — that’s the only channel we use. We do not process, retain, or transfer any personal information because our Services are designed to operate without collecting any data from you.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In Short: We collect nothing. We do not collect any personal information, sensitive information, or any other data from you.

You do not need to provide any personal information to download or use HanARkanoid. We do not ask for, access, or store your name, email address, device ID, location, or any identifiers. No information is collected automatically.

Sensitive Information: we do not collect, request, or process any sensitive data (such as racial origin, political opinions, health data, etc.).

Because we collect nothing, there is no need to “keep information true or accurate”. The concept does not apply.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We do not process your information — because we don’t collect it in the first place.

There is no processing of personal information for any purpose (including providing, improving, administering, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or consent). We have no data to process. The app functions without any data processing.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We share nothing — we have no information to share with anyone.

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer any personal information because we collect none. There are no third parties with whom we share data. The “Business Transfers” clause is irrelevant as we hold zero user data.

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep no information at all. Retention period = 0.

We do not store any personal information. There are no backup archives, no logs, no databases. Since we never collect information, there is nothing to delete or anonymize. This entire section is not applicable.

5. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Because we hold no data, rights to access, change, or delete are inherent: there’s nothing to access or delete.

If we collected any data, you would have the right to access, correct, or delete it. However, we collect zero personal information. Therefore, there are no records to review or remove. You do not need to withdraw consent because we never rely on consent to process data.

6. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

We do not track you. Since we collect no data, Do‑Not‑Track signals and similar mechanisms are irrelevant. Our Services are tracking‑free by design. We do not respond to DNT signals because there is no tracking to turn off. In the future if a universal standard emerges, we will still track nothing.

7. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

In Short: Yes, we may update this document to reflect that we still collect zero data.

Any future updates will be purely administrative or linguistic. The “Revised” date at the top will change, but our fundamental practice remains: we never collect, process, share, or store any personal information. If we make material changes, we will notify by posting a notice in the app or via email (only if you contact us first).
